Titan Stile and Rail Inserts for Heavy Duty Head

Please find below a selection of insert knives for making stiles and rails. If you don’t find the profile you are looking for, please send us an email with a sketch of the profile you need.
For every profile, you can choose a tongue and groove width of either 1/4” (default) or 5.2mm if you wish to make shaker style doors using metric sized plywood. Other dimensions can also be offered upon request. The same refers to the tongue and groove depth which is 1/2” by default.
If you are ordering knives for the first time, you need to order the matching steel backer knives along. If you already have matching steel backers, you can choose to order te carbide inserts only.
You will also have to choose if you want Right Hand (RH) or Left Hand (LH) solutions:

Left Hand (LH) Solution:
Use when feeding from left to right with face up or use when feeding from right to left with face down

Righ Hand (RH) Solution:
Use when feeding from right to left with face up or use when feeding from left to right with face down
